dc.description.abstractSilver nanoparticles supported on carbon (AgNP/C) were prepared by theγ–radiation reduction method and characterised using transmission electron microscopy and X–ray diffraction. Subsequently, glassy carbon electrode was modified with the prepared AgNP/Cand further characterized using electrochemical methods for possible application for sensing of bromide. AgNP/Cproved to be highlyactive for bromide electrochemical detection.sr
