Microtubules in interactions with endogenous dc and ac fields in living cells
Apstrakt
In this paper, we investigate the influence of endogenous d.c. and a.c. fields on the dynamics of microtubules in living cells. The dynamics of microtubules can be described by the adapted classical non-linear u(4) model convenient for systems with dipole-dipole interaction. It is demonstrated that, on the basis of this model, several properties of the dynamics of microtubules can be clarified.
