New generations of ion-electron and plasma sources
Apstrakt
The new types of ion-electron and plasma sources, based on a new type of discharge, the Hollow Anode Discharge is describe. The inhomogeneous plasma with maximal ion density and electron temperature is achieved in the exit aperture of the source by special electrode geometry.
