dc.description.abstractKompozitni materijali zbog mogućnosti dobijanja zahtevanih performansi, dobijaju sve širu primenu u mnogim savremenim tehnikama, pa i u železničkoj. Trendovi u razvoju i usavršavanju materijala sa primenom u železnici sve više se odnose na osvajanje proizvodnje adekvatnog kompozitnog materijala kojim bi se supstituisao umetak za kočione papuče od sivog liva i time poboljšale karakteristike kočionih sistema. Teretni saobraćaj je označen kao glavni izvor buke na postojećim linijama. Kod teretnog saobraćaja jedan od najznačajnih izvora buke je dodir, koji se ostvaruje prilikom kočenja, između umetka kočione papuče izrađenog od sivog liva i točka. U radu su prikazani savremeni trendovi u proizvodnji kočionih umetaka od kompozitnog materijala sa težištem na izboru adekvatnog kompozitnog materijala koji će zameniti do sada korišćeni sivi liv, boljih performansi posebno u smanjenju nivoa buke.sr
dc.description.abstractComposite materials because of the possibility of obtaining the required performance, get more and more used in many modern techniques, and in railway. Trends in the develop training materials with application in the railway more related to the proper place in production of composite materials that would substitute insert the brake shoes of cast iron and thereby improve the characteristics of the brake system. Freight traffic has been identified as a major source of noise on existing lines. With freight traffic is one of the most important source of noise is a touch, which is realized when braking, brake shoes between the implant made of cast iron, period. This paper presents the current trends in the production of brake pads made of composite materials with a focus on the choice of adequate composite materials to replace the currently used cast iron, better performance especially in reducing noise levels.en
