abstract = "Savremeno društvo i industrija, gde su sekundarni proizvodi neminovnost, je sve veći generator otpada najrazličitije prirode. U mnogim slučajevima ove materije se ne mogu reciklirati, pa je pitanje njihovog daljeg tretmana/deponovanja, zajedno sa pitanjem zaštite ljudskog zdravlja i životne sredine sve aktuelnije. Održivo upravljanje otpadom doprinosi smanjenju njegove generacije i iscrpljivanja prirodnih resursa (materijalnih i energetskih) i obuhvata metode koje spadaju u kategoriju "obnovljivih izvora". Materijalna i energetska iskorišćenost otpada je poželjnija opcija naspram konačnog odlaganja otpada. Jedan od načina za istovremeno ispunjavanje i održivosti domaće energetike je energetsko iskorišćenje ovih nekonvencionalnih, otpadnih goriva, primenom tehnologije sagorevanja u fluidizovanom sloju (FS). U radu su prikazani rezultati ispitivanja sagorevanja više vrsta čvrstih i tečnih otpadnih materija, obavljeni na industrijsko-demonstracionom FS kotlu. Određivano je temperatursko polje po visini ložišta, analiziran sastav dimnih gasova na izlazu iz ložišta i ostali parametri sagorevanja predmetnih goriva. Analizom dobijenih rezultata data je ocena njihove podobnosti sagorevanja u FS uz mogućnost iskorišćenja njihovog energetskog potencijala., Modern society and industry, where secondary products are inevitable, are the ever increasing generators of the most different types of waste. In many cases, these substances may not be recycled and, therefore, the question of their treatment/disposal and the question of the health and environment protection are increasingly topical issues. The sustainable waste management contributes to the reduction of waste generation and depletion of natural resources (material and energy resources) and comprises the methods that are included in the category of „renewable sources“. Material and energy utilization of waste is a more favourable option in comparison to the definite (final) waste disposal. One of the ways to meet demands and, at the same time, to provide sustainability of the domestic energy sector is the energy utilization of these unconventional, waste fuels, by using the technology of fluidized bed combustion. This paper includes the results of testing the combustion of several types of solid and liquid waste substances, performed on the industrial-demo boiler with a fluidized bed. The temperature field was determined according to the firing height, the composition of flue gases was analyzed at the firing outlet and other parameters of combustion of the fuels concerned were also analyzed. By the analysis of obtained results, an assessment was given to show their suitability for combustion in a fluidized bed with a possibility to use their energy potential.",
