AB  - In this paper we investigate the change of microtubule cylinders length in the presence of endogenous AC fields generated by the cell itself. The dynamics of microtubule is described on the basis of classical u(4) model. The average stretching is calculated by using Kubos formalism for linear response of system.

AB  - In this paper, we investigate the influence of endogenous d.c. and a.c. fields on the dynamics of microtubules in living cells. The dynamics of microtubules can be described by the adapted classical non-linear u(4) model convenient for systems with dipole-dipole interaction. It is demonstrated that, on the basis of this model, several properties of the dynamics of microtubules can be clarified.
